JOINT STATUS REPORT In accordance with the Court's order entered June 16, 2006, the parties report that the parties have executed a settlement agreement. The Government received the executed original copy of the settlement agreement from defendant's counsel on August 15, 2006, and has forwarded the documents to the appropriate office for payment. The parties continue to anticipate that all terms of the settlement can be completed without undue delay leaving the parties able to submit the final paperwork necessary to resolve the case no later than September 18, 2006.
