JOINT STATUS REPORT Pursuant to the Court's Orders of January 25, 2007 and April 2, 2007, the parties respectfully submit this Joint Status Report. The parties completed discovery on March 7, 2007. The parties respectfully request that the Court schedule a post-discovery conference pursuant to Appendix A of the Rules of the United States Court of Federal Claims ("RCFC"). Plaintiff requests that the Court allow 45 days prior to scheduling the post-discovery conference to permit the parties to engage in settlement discussions or Alternative Dispute Resolution ("ADR"). Defendant does not believe that ADR would assist in resolution of this case. Defendant is willing to meet with plaintiff to discuss settlement, but believes that it is likely that the case will proceed to trial.
