All discovery relating to damages shall be completed by July 31, 2008. 2. The meeting of counsel pursuant to RCFC Appendix A ¶ 13 shall be held by August 5, 2008. 3. Plaintiffs' filings pursuant to RCFC Appendix A ¶¶ 14(a), 15, and 16 shall be made by August 14, 2008. Defendant's filings pursuant to RCFC Appendix A ¶¶ 14(b), 15, and 16 shall be made by September 5, 2008. 4. The pretrial conference shall be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 21, 2008, in the Howard T. Markey National Courts Building. 5.
