In the United States Court of Federal Claims
No. 05-776C (Filed: August 29, 2007) ************************************* AG-INNOVATIONS, INC., * LARRY FAILLACE, LINDA FAILLACE, * and HOUGHTON FREEMAN, * * Plaintiffs, * * v. * * THE UNITED STATES, * * Defendant. * ************************************* ORDER On August 28, 2007, defendant filed its Unopposed Request for an Enlargement of Time to Reply to Plaintiffs' Opposition to Defendant's Motion for Protective Order and Defendant's Opposition to Plaintiffs' Cross-Motion to Compel the United States to Identify and Produce a Rule 30(b)(6) Designee(s) on Certain Topics ("Motion for Enlargement"). In the Motion for Enlargement, defendant represents that the additional time is necessary because counsel for the government was out of the office for several days. Further, defendant represents that plaintiffs do not oppose the Motion for Enlargement. Accordingly, defendant shall file (1) a reply to plaintiffs' Opposition to defendant's Motion for Protective Order no later than Wednesday, September 12, 2007; and (2) a response to plaintiffs' Cross-Motion to Compel the United States to Identify and Produce a Rule 30(b)(6) Designee(s) on Certain Topics no later than Wednesday, September 12, 2007.
