JOINT STATUS REPORT Pursuant to the Court's order dated August 7, 2007, the parties respectfully submit this joint status report. As stated in the joint status report filed on July 30, 2007, the parties have entered into a settlement agreement. Defendant is still in the process of making payment to plaintiff pursuant to the settlement agreement. Upon payment, the parties will file a joint stipulation dismissing this case with prejudice.
