Plaintiffs maintain that, because of technical difficulties, they were unable to scan the exhibits properly for timely filing with the Court's ECF system. Plaintiffs successfully scanned and submitted their exhibits one day after filing their opposition to defendant's motion to dismiss. The Court GRANTS plaintiffs' motion. IT IS SO ORDERED.
