On October 20, 2006, defendant filed a motion to file an individual status report in lieu of a joint status report, or alternatively, for an enlargement of time to file a joint status report. Defendant's motion to file an individual status report in lieu of a joint status report is hereby GRANTED, and its alternative motion for an enlargement of time to file a joint status report is hereby DENIED. Plaintiff shall file a response to defendant's individual status report on or before November 7, 2006. IT IS SO ORDERED.
