I am the Chief Operating Officer of Prayon, Inc., located at 1610 Marvin Griffin Road, Augusta, Georgia. I am over 18 years of age and am competent to make this Declaration. Inmke this Declaration based on my own personalknowledge and experience, If called as a witness, could truthfully and competently testify to the matters stated in this Declaration, I have been employed by the Prayon Group since 1999. The Prayon Group manufactures a wide variety ofphospham chemicals across the globe. Pinyon, Inc. is a fully owned subsidiery of the Prayon Group, and was established in the year 2000. As the Chief Operating Officer, I am fmi!a'ar with the products Pinyon manufactures, including where products are manufactured.

5. Pmyphos P5 is a phosphoric acid manufactured by Prayon. Attachment ! is a true and accurate copy of Prayon's Product Specification Data Sheet for Prayphos PS. As Attaclunent 1 shows, Prayphos P5 is manufactured at Prayon's facility in Puurs, Belgium.~ 5. Prayon does not mauufaeture Prayphos P5 hu the United States. 7. Quadra Chemicals Ltd. is one of Prayon's distributors. Qu~Ara receives Prayphos P5 Pmyon's Belgium facility, and stores Pmyphos P5 in a large tau.k ~t Qundra's Montreal, Quebec facility.
