JOINT STATUS REPORT Pursuant to the court's Order of May 26, 2006, plaintiff and defendant respectfully submit the following joint status report concerning the status of settlement negotiations in this case. On June 23, 2006, the Department of Justice approved the proposed settlement submitted by plaintiff on May 11, 2006. No later than June 27, 2006, the parties shall execute the agreement and file a stipulation of partial dismissal.
