NOTICE OF ERRATA TO PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL OF ACTION PURSUANT TO RULE 41(a)(2) Plaintiffs JOHN DOE and JANE ROE ("Plaintiffs"), by their undersigned counsel, respectfully hereby gives notice to the Court and all parties that the Certificate of Service on Plaintiffs' Motion for Voluntary Dismissal of Action Pursuant to Rule 41(a)(2), filed September 28, 2006, was inaccurate as a result of a clerical error. Plaintiffs' counsel's assistant, Sharon Jones, inadvertently put an incorrect date on the Certificate of Service. Attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is the correct version of Plaintiffs' Certificate of Service. Plaintiffs' counsel apologizes to the Court for any inconvenience caused by this error.
