JOINT STATUS REPORT Pursuant to the order entered March 9, 2007, the parties, through their respective counsel of record, respectfully submit this joint status report regarding the parties' settlement negotiations. As of May 7, 2007, the parties have not yet reached a settlement agreement. On May 3, 2007, plaintiff shared with defendant additional information regarding its proposed damages, but defendant's expert will not finish his analysis of that information until May 11, 2007. The parties are still hopeful that they may be able to reach a settlement in this case, and respectfully request that the Court stay the matter for an additional 30 days, to and including June 6, 2007.
