The Court has considered the information provided in the parties' July 21, 2006 Joint Preliminary Status Report ("JPSR"), as well as the discussions with counsel during the scheduling conference. Accordingly, the discovery schedule for this case shall be as follows: 1. Initial disclosures pursuant to RCFC 26(a)(1) shall be served on or before September 1, 2006. All discovery, including expert discovery, if necessary, shall be completed by March 30, 2007. This date shall not be extended absent a showing of exceptional or unforseen circumstances. The parties shall file a Joint Status Report with the Court on or before April 4, 2007, recommending trial or other procedures for the resolution of the case. IT IS SO ORDERED. 1
