JOINT STATUS REPORT Pursuant to the Court's order of January 24, 2008, the parties submit the following status report. Each of the parties has propounded interrogatories and document requests. Plaintiff has agreed to extend the due date for defendant's responses to April 11, 2008. Plaintiff's responses to defendant's discovery requests are due on April 28, 2008. The parties have agreed to commence the taking of depositions after the completion of paper discovery.
