The parties seek an additional 124 days in which to complete discovery, and informed the Court that expert evidence is unnecessary in this case. Therefore, a new deadlines for the disclosure of experts reports and for expert depositions is unnecessary. For good cause shown, the parties' motion is GRANTED. Accordingly, discovery shall close on January 18, 2008. The parties should note, however, that further extensions of time to complete discovery will not be granted absent a showing of extraordinary circumstances. IT IS SO ORDERED. s/ Thomas C.
