Before the court is United States' Opposed Motion to Extend Time to Respond to Plaintiffs' Cross Motion for Summary Judgment (Motion) and Plaintiffs' Response to United States' Opposed Motion to Extend Time to Respond to Plaintiffs' Cross Motion for Summary Judgment (Response). The court granted the Motion but stated that it would "take the opportunity to reconsider the length of the extension in light of responsive briefing to the Motion." Order of Aug. 7, 2007. On or before August 14, 2007, defendant shall file a reply to the Motion that, in addition to any other arguments it wishes to make, addresses the points raised in plaintiffs' Response.
