Before the court is United States' Opposed Motion to Extend Time to Respond to Plaintiffs' Cross Motion for Summary Judgment (Motion) and Plaintiffs' Response to United States' Opposed Motion to Extend Time to Respond to Plaintiffs' Cross Motion for Summary Judgment (Response). The court granted the Motion but stated that it would "take the opportunity to reconsider the length of the extension in light of responsive briefing to the Motion." Order of Aug. 7, 2007.
