PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE SUR-REPLY TO UNITED STATES' MOTION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER

Plaintiffs hereby move for leave to file the attached Plaintiffs' Sur-Reply to United States' Motion for Protective Order. Good cause exists for such filing, as Defendant's Reply inaccurately implies that Plaintiffs agree with or otherwise have not contested certain of Defendant's arguments. Because such inaccuracies exist in Defendant's Reply, the attached SurReply will assist the Court in clarifying the dispute between the parties and in ruling on Defendant's Motion. Defendant objects to the granting of this motion.

Plaintiffs respectfully request that the Court grant Plaintiffs' Motion for Leave to File Sur-Reply to Defendant's Motion for Protective Order.
