DEFENDANTS' NOTICE OF DEPOSITION OF SEIJI SUGA In accordance with the provisions of Rules 26 and 30 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Defendants BorgWarner Inc. and BorgWarner Morse TEC Inc.
