Therein, plaintiff reports that the parties are "divided over how -- or even whether -- this litigation should proceed" whereas defendant states the government intends to seek dismissal of the complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. JPSR ¶ 2, 10. Upon review of the parties' JPSR, the court has determined that a telephonic status conference shall be held in order to properly address the parties' positions before the court. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that a Telephonic Status Conference shall be HELD on July 19, 2007 at 2:00 p.m., eastern time. The court shall initiate the call.
