THE UNITED STATES, Defendant. ***************************************** ORDER On July 25, 2008, the parties jointly moved this Court for a third temporary stay of litigation to further accommodate settlement negotiations in this case. The Court hereby GRANTS the motion and extends the stay until Monday, October 27, 2008. However, the parties shall specifically discuss the following issues in a joint status report, which they shall file on or before Friday, October 17, 2008. First, to the extent the matter of producing confidential materials, which apparently remains in dispute, has not been resolved by the October 17 deadline, the parties shall explain the exact points of disagreement and indicate whether any Court adjudication or review will be required. The parties shall also detail the final approval status of the "Phase I" methodology that the motion described and any plans to apply the methodology to Plaintiff's claims in this case or in the companion case, Coeur d'Alene Tribe v. Kempthorne, No. 1:06-cv-02242-JR (D.D.C.).
