On January 26, 2007, the Court held a telephonic conference with counsel for the parties to discuss the background of the case. With the assistance and agreement of counsel, the Court established the following schedule for future proceedings pursuant to Rule 52.1: 1. Defendant shall file a certified copy of the Administrative Record with the Court by February 8, 2007; Defendant shall file its Motion for Judgment on the Administrative Record by February 16, 2007; Plaintiff shall file its Response and, if it wishes, a Cross-Motion for Judgment on the Administrative Record by March 2, 2007; Defendant shall file its Reply and, if necessary, its Response to Plaintiff's Cross-Motion by March 12, 2007; and -1-
