The court has reviewed the file and notes two "housekeeping" matters: 1. On February 19, 2008, plaintiff filed an unopposed motion for enlargement of time, seeking an additional day in which to file its reply in support of its motion for partial summary judgment and response to defendant's crossmotion for summary judgment. Plaintiff's motion is GRANTED. 2. On May 2, 2008, plaintiff filed a supplemental brief and a supplemental declaration, both in support of its motion for partial summary judgment. The clerk's office notified the undersigned that the supplemental declaration should have been filed as an attachment to the supplemental brief because there is no provision in the Rules of the United States Court of Federal Claims for filing declarations as separate documents. The court will permit plaintiff's supplemental declaration to be filed by its leave. However, if such declarations are required in the future, the parties shall ensure that they are submitted as attachments to the appropriate brief. IT IS SO ORDERED. s/ Margaret M.
