PLAINTIFFS' RESPONSE TO DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE BRIEF IN EXCESS OF FORTY PAGES Plaintiffs Pacific Gas & Electric Company, Southern California Edison Company, and San Diego Gas & Electric Company respectfully file this Response to Defendant's Motion for Leave to File Brief in Excess of 40 Pages ("Motion"). Plaintiffs have no objection to the United States' Motion, but request that the Court also grant to Plaintiffs an equal number of additional pages for their opposition brief. Plaintiffs have discussed this request with Defendant's counsel and Defendant does not object. Plaintiffs reserve the right to move the Court if, after reviewing the United States' Brief, they determine that additional pages are required to fully respond to Defendant's arguments.
