JOINT STATUS REPORT The parties submit this joint status report pursuant to the Court's September 12, 2007 Order granting the Government's September 7, 2007 Consent Motion for Stay of Proceedings. The parties have conferred and wish for the Court to continue the stay of proceedings in this matter in order to continue to pursue full or partial settlement. In particular, the Government has provided plaintiffs with documents pertaining to their overtime claims. Plaintiffs have provided the Government with a spreadsheet summarizing plaintiffs' claims. The parties are actively negotiating a resolution of this litigation. The parties currently have no outstanding issues pertaining to their informal discovery. If issues arise that may require the Court's involvement or if the parties wish for the Court to lift the stay of proceedings in this matter, the parties shall so advise the Court through a subsequent joint status report.
