JOINT STATUS REPORT Pursuant to the Court's order of May 27, 2008, the parties hereby file this status report. The Government recently provided Hillian Bros. & Sons, Inc. ("Hillian") with the Government's contract documents in an effort to narrow the issues of contention in this case. Upon Hillian's review of these documents, the parties plan to meet and resolve as many of the disputed issues as possible. The parties request additional time for this purpose and respectfully request that the court allow them to file another joint status report addressing the status of the case by November 7, 2008.
