No. 07-714 C Filed October 24, 2007

ORDER

On October 19, 2007, plaintiff filed a motion to supplement the record and request for express consideration (docket entry 17). Specifically, the plaintiff sought to add three documents to the record before the Court: 1) Declaration of Masai Troutman, dated October 19, 2007 (docket entry 18-2); 2) TEWLS Exclusion Report, dated November 22, 2005, written by David D. Denton, contracting officer for the procurement at issue, along with the transmittal letter written by Paul G. Michaels (docket entry 18-3); 3) Correspondence from Mr. Denton to MTC, dated September 17, 2006 (docket entry 18-4). On October 23, 2007, defendant filed an opposition to plaintiff's motion to supplement the administrative record (docket entry 21), and on October 24, 2007, plaintiff replied to the opposition (docket entry 22). On October 24, 2007, the parties participated in a telephonic status conference. In addition to discussing the motion at hand, the Court requested that the parties submit an agreed-upon glossary of acronyms used in the November 22, 2005 TEWLS Exclusion Report and transmittal letter (docket entry 18-4). Having considered the parties' arguments as set forth in their briefs and during the October 24, 2007 telephonic status conference, the Court does hereby ORDER that, for the reasons stated by the Court during the status conference, plaintiff's motion to supplement the record with respect to the three documents is GRANTED. Those documents will be treated as
