DEFENDANT'S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR AN ENLARGEMENT OF TIME Pursuant to Rule 7.2(b) of the Rules of the United States Court of Federal Claims ("RCFC"), defendant, United States, respectfully requests an additional three days, to and including July 14, 2008, to file the information required by the Court's Pretrial Order dated May 1, 2008. Defendant's counsel has communicated with plaintiff's counsel, who states that he does not oppose this motion. Defendant's counsel has been out of town, in trial, in Scott Timber Co. v. United States, Fed. Cl. No. 05-708C, has experienced technical difficulties with remote computer access, and has been unable to assemble the required information. For these reasons, defendant respectfully requests that the deadline for the parties' pretrial filings be extended to Monday, July 14, 2008. Respectfully submitted, GREGORY G.
