14. DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT/MODIFICATION (Organized by UCF section headings, including solicitation/contract subject matter where feasible.) The purpose of this Amendment is to advise the Short Listed Firms of the Contracting Officer's decision on 16 January 2008, to deny all Requests for Indemnification that were submitted in response to Amendment 0004 of solicitation number W912P8-07-R-0053. Offerors may submit a revised proposal that addresses only changes resulting from the decision to deny indemnification. No other changes are allowed pursuant to this amendment. Only changes to the original proposal are required to be submitted. Revised proposals must clearly identify the volume, section, and paragraph of revisions. All offerors must notify the Contracting Officer of their intent to submit, or not to submit, changes. Revised Proposals (original plus 15 copies) are due no later than 4 February 2008 at 1600PM. Revised Proposals must be delivered to: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Hurricane Protection Officer, ATTN: Contracting Officer (Missy Arnold) W912P8-07-R-0053, Room 184, 7400 Leake Avenue, New Orleans, Louisiana 70118.

Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the document referenced in Item 9A or 10A, as heretofore changed, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
