CONSENT MOTION FOR TRANSFER OF CASE Comes now the Plaintiff, Miki Henry, by and through her attorney, William J. Howard, Esq. with the consent of the Defendant, and moves this Court to direct transfer of this matter to the United States District Court for Maryland, Southern Division and in support thereof, states: 1. That this matter involves the alleged negligence or breach of contract on the part of the Army and Air Force Exchange Service ("AAFES") in its alleged failure to process the application for life insurance. 2. That the issue of jurisdiction of this Court has been raised and the Plaintiff believes it is in her best interest and the interest of justice to transfer this matter to the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, Southern Division ("the Maryland Court"). 3. That both the Plaintiff and Defendant either live or do business in Prince George's County, Maryland which location is within the jurisdictional area of the Maryland Court.

2 4. That the trial of this matter would be more convenient for the parties and witnesses if it is transferred to the Maryland Court. WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff prays that this Court enter an Order to transfer this matter to the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, Southern Division, subject to the Plaintiff dismissing without prejudice the action filed in this Court.
