Counsel for plaintiff and defendant have represented that they have no objection to this motion. The original Attachment 1 was in Japanese. The new Attachment 1 is a translation of that document. Exhibits 2, 4 through 7, and 10 were improperly formatted and therefore very difficult to read. Properly formatted documents are now available. Substitution of these documents for those originally submitted will allow for ease of review and benefit the Court and the parties' consideration of these materials.
