Pursuant to the parties' joint motion for entry of agreed judgment on remand, filed July 29, 2005 and the Court's Order, filed August 2, 2005, IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED this date, pursuant to Rule 58, that the plaintiffs recover of and from the United States the sum of $537,500.00, with each party to bear its own costs, expenses and fees, and that no appeal may be taken by either party from this judgment.
