Accordingly, the parties stipulated that "nothing more remains to be done before the Court can enter the Consent Decree lodged with the Court in 2003."

Wherefore, pursuant to the terms of the attached Consent Decree entered of record this day, IT IS ORDERED AND DECREED that these actions are dismissed with prejudice in accordance with Title VI of the Act, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall enter a judgment of dismissal with prejudice in dockets 218-89 L and 630-89 L.
