DEFENDANT'S OBJECTIONS TO THE EXHIBITS IDENTIFIED BY PLAINTIFF Pursuant to ¶14 of Appendix A of the Rules of the United States Court of Federal Claims, and the Court's order dated August 1, 2006, defendant, the United States, respectfully submits the following objections to the list of exhibits provided by plaintiff, Northeast Savings, F.A., on August 11, 2006. We respectfully reserve our right to object to any of plaintiff's exhibits upon grounds of relevance, hearsay and foundation, to the use of deposition transcripts for purposes other than impeachment, and to the use of any duplicative or cumulative exhibits. We also respectfully reserve all our rights under the stipulation that governs this case, including our right to object to the authenticity of exhibits that include handwritten notes and marginalia.
