Counsel for defendant Sameer Yerawadekar has reviewed the attached list and has consented to its designation as the parties' joint submission. We note that, although the trial transcript at page 1195 indicates that DX 131 was admitted, the parties agree that that indication resulted from a typographical error, and that DX 181 is the document that was admitted into evidence. Accordingly, DX 131 is not listed in the attached submission, but DX 181 is.
