Plaintiff's opening post-trial brief was filed under seal because it contains nonpublic Bank of America financial information. However, Plaintiff now wishes to unseal its brief for the convenience of the Court. Good cause having been shown, this motion is GRANTED. The Clerk of the Court is directed to unseal Plaintiff's post-trial brief, filed on January 22, 2007. s/Mary Ellen Coster Williams MARY ELLEN COSTER WILLIAMS Judge
