DEFENDANT'S IDENTIFICATION OF EXPERT WITNESSES Pursuant to paragraph V.A.1 of the "Procedural Order No. 2: Discovery Plan," defendant, the United States, hereby notifies plaintiff and plaintiff-intervenor that we may call W. Barefoot Bankhead, David A. Kennedy, Professor Anthony Saunders, and Professor Roy C. Smith at trial pursuant to Rule 702 of the Federal Rules of Evidence. We attach their resumes, which describe the qualifications of each witness, and identify their publications within the last ten years and their testimony during the last four years. Professor Smith has not testified previously. Our expert witnesses are being compensated for their work on this case at the following rates per hour: Mr. Bankhead, $468; Mr. Kennedy, $486; Professor Saunders, $500; and Professor Smith, $500.
