Exhibit Assertion of Repurchase Right Tract Method Notes States he "was a small child at the time of purchase of the property" and admits he has no information with respect to other discovery requests. DX-675 at 3. This response appears to confuse the right to repurchase movable properties at 10% of their value, with the alleged right to repurchase the land back after the war. Answers "I don't know" for all other questions. The hearsay response is based on the same source as DX-679. "I can only say my parents were told they would have a chance to have first chance to purchase the property once it was sold. However, the home, of course, was destroyed. Exhibit Assertion of Repurchase Right Tract Method Notes The signator (Mr. Culver) was deposed on October 4, 2004. See PX-268. Mr. Culver testified he was not present when the government agent talked to his aunts, see id. at 42:23 to 43:2, and he did not know the name of the government agent who talked with his aunt and great-aunt, see id. at 39:6-11. His personal knowledge was admittedly incomplete, as he testified that his aunts never discussed their finances with him and that he knew nothing about their financial situation. See id. at 58:1119. In addition, he admitted that his aunts did not tell him everything about the government agent's visit to the property. See, e.g., id. at 77:219. Same tract of land for DX-692, DX-693, DX694, DX-695.
