Cause coming on to be heard and counsel having reviewed the file and finding all defendants having been served with Summons and Complaint. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS: 1. Any party not having initiated discovery must do so within adequate time per the rules to allow completion within the time specified in Paragraph No. 2 below or all discovery by that party thereafter is barred. 2.
