CERTIFICATION AND AGREEMENT BY COUNSEL
We, the undersigned attorneys of record, CERTIFY that there are no contested issues in this cause, that all required court fees have been paid, that each counsel is ready to proceed in this matter by uncontested prove-up as in cases of default. In cases where a Supreme Court Rule 298 petition required a party to make payment for fees, the party obligated to make such payment certifies that the required payment has been made. STIPULATION AND REQUEST TO HEAR UNCONTESTED CAUSE
