TO COMPEL DISCOVERY
Pursuant to Rule 37 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Rule 37 of the Local
Rules of Civil Procedure, defendants and cross—cleim plaintiffs, Wesley Products, Inc., Alan
Wesley, Andrew Brady, Sandi Dumas-Leferriere and Barry Connell (the “Wesley Defendants”)
hereby move the court for an order compelling defendants and cross-claim defendants Barry
Bulakites, James Winslow, and Joshua Adams C0. (J AC) (collectively, the "Bulakites
Defendants") to respond to certain of the Wesley Defendents’ discovery requests.
Pursuant to Local Rules 7(a)(l) and 37, a Memorandum of Law, including an Affidavit of
Counsel, accompanies this motion. The discovery sought by the Wesley Defendants and the
reasons therefore are more fully set forth in the memorandum.
