Pursuant to Local Rule 9(b), the defendants, Joseph Capaldo and Michael
Krupa, hereby move the Court for an enlargement of time of thirty (30) days, up to and 1
including December 8, 2003, in which to answer, object or otherwise respond to
plaintiffs Requests for Discovery and Production dated October 8, 2003. The
requested additional time will be necessary to coordinate the information required to

The undersigned has contacted Attorney Williams, counsel for the plaintiff, and I
has been advised that the plaintiff has no objection to the granting of this motion. The 1
defendants have not sought any prior enlargements of time to respond to this
