The Defendant, City of Bridgeport, respectfully moves this Court for an
extension of time, to December 10, 2004, to respond to the Plaintiffs interrogatories
and Production Request dated October 15, 2004.
The Defendant, City of Bridgeport, has called counsel for the Plaintiff and he
has not responded to the telephone call as to whether he approves or disapproves.
This is the Defendant, City of Bridgeport’s first request for an extension of
time to respond to discovery.
