Please take note that the Plaintiff. Call Center Technologies, was unable to Sie the
attached Memorandum of Law in Support of Plaintiff‘s December II, Ellllb Request
for Order in a timely manner due to technical diftieulties. The deadline for Sling the
Memorandum of Law in Support of Plaintiffs December ll, 2|]·ll6 Request for
Order was January l2, Edt}?. The reasons that l was unable to file the Memorandum of
Law in Support of PlaintifI"’s December I I, 2·|][I·I5 Request for Order in a timely
manner and the good faith efforts l made prior to the tiling, deadline to botlt file in a
timely manner and to inform the court and the other parties that I could not do so are set
forth below:
On January I2. EUDT, the primary scanner in my office was rtot working and
therefore a secondary scanner was used. When attempting to Iilc the Nlemorandum of
Law in Support of PIaintiff’s December II, 2[II]6 Request for Order in a timely
fashion, the CM»"ECF system intbrtned me that the tile was too big. Dtte to the size of the
scanned motion. lll MB. l determined there was a scanner malfunction. ln an effort to

show opposing counscl that the motion was attempting to be filed in a timely manner. thc
motion was faxed in its entirety to opposing counsel. and a confirmation sheet of said
transmittal was retained. Since this occurred on thc Friday of a holiday weekend.
teclutical assistance could not be obtained.
