Service Company, The Simons Company and Daniel Thomas in the above {

moves for a continuance of the Status Conference scheduled for May 7, 2004
before the Honorable Judge Janet C. Hall and in support thereof represents as E

in this matter who has exclusively handled all the matters pertaining \

2. On April 13, 2004, Attorney Paladino underwent emergency open- . I
heart surgery at Yale New Haven Hospital; l
3. As of the date of this Motion, Attorney Paladino has not yet returned to
work;

· 4. It is not expected that Attorney Paladino will be physically able to
conduct the aforementioned Status Conference on May 7, 2004;
