I Pursuant to Local Rule 9(b), the plaintiff, DARIUS IIGRZEGORCZYK, hereby I
I moves for an extension of time with regard to Case |VIanaIIIement Plan deadlines and
I respectfully requests that said deadlines be extended as Hows:

7. Plaintiff intends to call expert witni sees at trial. Plaintiff will
designate all trial experts and prow Izle opposing counsel with
reports from retained experts purslIIant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 26(a)(2)
by April 30, 2004. Depositions of a Iy such experts will be
completed by June 30, 2004. I
8. Defendants intend to call expert wiiI1esses at trial. Defendants
