Pursuant to th Order on Pretrial Deadlines entered in this case, dispositive motilons are due on or
before Novem inet 17, 2003. Two of the defendants, Patrick Triumph and Town land Country
Realty, LLC, jave not responded to the Govern1nent’s complaint and, accordinglly, the
