MOTION TO ENLARGE TIME {
Pursuant to F.R.C.P. 16, the defendants, A. DENNIS MCBRIDE, et
al, and the plaintiff, SIDEPOCKETS, INC. hereby jointly request an
enlargement of time of the case management plan entered by the
Court on March 29, 2004. The parties request that all dates be i
extended by one hundred and twenty (l20) days. This enlargement is
requested to allow for the completion of discovery. On December 1,
2004, the parties had a telephone conference regarding open
discovery issues and objections, in lieu of a court conference that
was scheduled for that day. A majority of the open issues have
been resolved, and the parties are able to proceed toward the
completion of discovery. Also, at the December l, 2004 conference,
plaintiff made a settlement demand and the parties are now
considering a negotiated disposition of the case.
