The current balance of Mr. Pugliano's criminal debt as

of August 4, 2006 is $47,922.00.

4.

Frank Pugliano agrees to complete a financial statement

upon the Government's request.

5.

The amount of the monthly payment may be modified by

the mutual agreement of the parties or on motion of either party after consideration of Frank Pugliano's financial circumstances.

6.

Frank Pugliano's

failure to comply with the payment

schedule set forth in Paragraphs 1 above shall entitle to Government to declare the entire balance due immediately and shall further entitle the Government to collect upon this judgment in any manner provided by law, without notice.

7.

In addition to regular monthly payments, in accordance

with Paragraph 1, the Government may submit the debt to the Treasury Department for inclusion in the Treasury Offset Program. Under this program, any federal payment to which Frank Pugliano

is entitled may be offset and applied to this debt.

The Government further reserves the right to secure the

amount of t h e judgment a t a n y time by filing a lien on a n y

property owned by the defendant.

9.

N o t h i n g i n this agreement shall limit the right of t h e

Government to u t i l i z e any collection remedy allowed by law t o
seize and liquidate any asset i n w h i c h Frank Pugliano has an
ownership i n t e r e s t .
