the undersigned hereby moves for leave to withdraw Carlos F.
Ramirez as counsel of record for plaintiffs, as he is no longer

Sanford P. Dumain of Milberg Weiss continues to represent the
plaintiffs and no hardship will be caused by this withdrawal.
