Defendant Mostafa Reyad has issued on April 22, 2004 the enclos id subpoena to Mr.
Richard Tartora, of Fleet Bank High Ridge Road, Stamford, CT. r. Tartora who
attended this Court twice as a witness for Plaintiff refused the subpoena on the ground r
that it must be Ordered by the Court. Mr. Tartora is the Bank Accoimt Officer who I
handed the garnishment andthe freezing of my account, which caused permanent
injunction over me is a material witness should be compelled for his testimony and to
bring the documents caused freezing the business account.
