MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF 'I'IME
The defendant, The Southern New England Telephone Company (“S`NET"), hereby
respectfully requests an extension oftime through and including September 30, 2004 in order for the
parties to complete discovery in this matter and October 21, 2004 in order to file dispositive motions.
In support of this motion, the defendant stetes as follows:
I . The pleir1ti§'l1es indicated she wishes to complete the deposition ofSNET's employee,
Ed C{)il1men, but hes been unable to do so due to Mr. Dillmerfs recent leave of absence from SNET.
2. The perties should be able to complete Mr. Ditlmeds deposition end any additional
discovery by the end of September.
